Tingley Beach: Fishing and More
Tingley Beach features three fishing lakes and a train station with gift shop and food service. During the summer only, Tingley visitors can rent pedal boats, bicycles and model boats. There is no fee to access these facilities.
Location and Hours of Operation
Tingley Beach is located on Tingley Drive, south of Central Avenue just east of the Central bridge. Tingley Beach is open from sunrise to sunset every day of the year and is free to the general public on a first come, first served basis. Tingley Beach cannot be reserved.
Regulations and Security
Tingley Beach is continuously patrolled by Albuquerque Police and BioPark Security Officers. New Mexico Game and Fish Department officers randomly check fishing licenses. Know the rules before you go: Tingley Beach Regulations.
