We have two meeting rooms:

1) Terrace Room
Our downstairs Terrace Room is conveniently located off our Club Lounge area, and overlooks our beautiful courtyard and patios. Easy access to both of these areas from the Terrace Room creates an inviting space for meeting breaks, or a wonderful overflow option for your event. The Terrace Room is 572 gross square feet (20' X 28.6') and boasts the following amenities:

  • A permanent white board (with cabinet doors, for when not in use)
  • 80" Wall-mounted screen
  • Variable lighting and blinds on the floor-to-ceiling bay windows for A/V needs
  • Wireless, high-speed internet access (if you do not use WiFi, DSL is available)
  • Double-door entry as well as a single-door side entry (allows for larger capacity, and the side door leads directly to bathrooms, phones and water fountain)
  • Business Center located just outside the meeting room, with computer (high-speed internet) and printer available
  • Heating and cooling controls within room for maximum comfort

Rates for the Terrace Room:

  • <1 hour to 4 hours: $125.00
  • 4+ hours to 8 hours: $250.00
  • 8+ hours to 24 hours: $375.00

2) Boardroom
Located on our second floor, our Boardroom is a converted suite, ideal for meetings of 8 people or less. There's plenty of room for work but comfortable enough to really enjoy a hard day's work! The Boardroom is also wonderful for small showers and special occasions. The room is 216 gross square feet (12' X 18') with:

  • A permanent white board (with cabinet doors, for when not in use)
  • Track lighting (with a dimmer switch) over conference table for more working light
  • DSL and wireless high-speed internet access

  • A 27" television with built-in VCR
  • A mini-refrigerator
  • A microwave
  • Its own bathroom
  • An adjoining King bedroom

The Boardoom rents for $125.00 per day, flat rate.

Please note: We do not have an elevator, so please inform us if anyone in your meeting has difficulty with stairs. You do have an option to use a downstairs suite for the same rate.
